Describe the problem rather than the service. "The back is a jungle and I cannot get to the shed" tells us more than a category name, and a photo tells us more again. Most jobs are a combination anyway — a tidy-up plus a mow, or planting plus mulch — and we would rather scope it properly than sell you the thing you happened to click on.

Yes, and it is usually cheaper that way because you are paying for one lot of travel and set-up. Mowing, hedging, weeding and mulching commonly happen together. Bigger combinations — a tidy-up plus gutters, or slashing plus a tree job — are planned as one visit with the right gear on the truck rather than two trips.

Both. Plenty of what we do is a single rescue: an overgrown yard before a sale, a hedge that has not been touched in three years, gutters before summer. We will always tell you what a sensible ongoing cycle looks like, but there is no obligation to take it, and we do not price one-offs punitively to push you into a contract.

All three, and they run differently from domestic work. Commercial and strata means certificates of currency, safe work method statements, Working with Children Checks where a site needs them, agreed access windows and invoicing to the manager rather than the resident. NDIS work is scheduled and consistent, with the same crew wherever we can manage it.

Free, and fixed before anything starts. Small jobs like mowing have published starting prices; anything driven by access, volume or ground conditions — landscaping, slashing, gutters, tidy-ups — is quoted after we have seen it or after you have sent photos. Larger jobs are itemised by stage so you can do part of it now and part of it later.

Yes, and we would rather say so up front. We are not licensed roof plumbers, so we clean and report on gutters but do not re-hang or replace them. We do not remove asbestos — we stop, leave it and tell you to get a licensed removalist. Structural retaining past the height where it needs engineering, plumbing into the mains and electrical work all get a licensed trade, and we work alongside them rather than pretending it is ours.

Quotes come back the same day, seven days a week. Standard work is usually within the week. Urgent jobs — a council notice with a date on it, a property going to market, a storm clean-up — get prioritised, so say so in your message and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit your deadline.
